Kelly Mackin helps people challenge and upgrade how they think about their world so they can elevate their lives. Living with a managed mind is the gateway to helping her clients live their most fulfilled life. She is a mind management expert, utilizing her skillset and experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), life coach thought work training, mindfulness and quantitative research on human behavior.
As a life strategist and coach she uses her blended background to help people create a life they want to wake up to everyday and be the person they want to be living it. She gives people the tools to decrease their stress, solve their own problems and better achieve their life ambitions. On a mission to share the skills of mind management with as many people as possible, she is a forever student of learning about our human brains and how to elevate our thinking.
A quantitative researcher of behavior, cognition and emotion, she conducts research to gain insights into pivotal areas in our lives, using her findings to develop frameworks and models to better understand the world and ourselves.
Once a complete meditation disbeliever, she is now a certified Unplug Meditation teacher. She brings a practical real-world approach to the practice and shares the life-changing benefits of meditation and its power to expand the mind.

Fun Facts: Devoted to mindful intentional living and wellness, Kelly is a mental health advocate who believes being strong physically makes us stronger mentally, and can often be found in the boxing ring. With a passion for the outdoors, standing at the top of Mt. Kilimanjaro and Everest Base Camp are two of her most cherished life moments.
